Boltfarm Treehouse is a luxury nature-retreat brand offering eco-friendly stays and high-end booking experiences. They approached our team to enhance their website’s functionality, design, and digital performance through advanced API integrations and SEO improvements.
We worked closely with their marketing and operations teams to integrate Skipper, HubSpot, and Google Analytics APIs, streamline backend operations, and elevate the user experience through modern UI/UX design. The project required coordination between our design team, two backend developers, and one frontend developer to ensure seamless integration and optimized performance.
The Boltfarm Treehouse website had strong brand appeal but limited technical efficiency. Their marketing data, booking platform, and user analytics were fragmented across multiple systems, resulting in slow workflows and inconsistent reporting. The brand needed a connected, intelligent system to unify customer data and automate digital processes — without compromising design aesthetics.
Our goal was to create a fast, reliable, and visually stunning website that not only represented their brand but also provided robust integration between key business tools.
The main challenges we identified were: Disconnected booking and CRM systems causing manual data entry. Poor performance due to heavy scripts and outdated backend code. Limited SEO visibility on high-value travel and accommodation keywords. Lack of insight into user journeys and marketing attribution.
Boltfarm Treehouse wanted a technical solution that would enhance both customer experience and business intelligence — all while maintaining their signature luxury design style.
Our team executed a full-stack integration and optimization plan: Implemented Skipper API for real-time booking management and availability syncing. Integrated HubSpot CRM API to automate lead capture, nurture workflows, and customer segmentation. Connected Google Analytics (GA4) for real-time user behavior tracking and conversion insights. Redesigned the website’s UI for faster navigation, cleaner visuals, and mobile responsiveness. Improved technical SEO by optimizing site speed, metadata, and URL structure.
We assigned two backend developers to handle the API architecture and performance logic, while one frontend developer and our design team focused on UX refinements and visual alignment with Boltfarm’s brand identity.
